About 1 acre of "scrub brush" and the rest is woods.

We looked for 6 months at LOTS of houses. The FEW we liked got scooped up before we could even look at them ...
Seemed simple - seemed everyone else wanted the same ...
- Ranch
- With basement
- With a little property
- NOT in a mega-neighborhood 10 ft from the next house
We went out to do a drive-by of one house we found ... Na, not that one ! BUT - on the scenic route home we saw this property with a For Sale - By Owner in the yard. We called and made an appointment but got stood up (!). The day I was to leave the hospital Sandy found it again listed by Century 21. Made another appointment. Made a bid.
Now we're in ! Sandy's and Scott's homestead. (I'm not moving till I'm 99 or dead)
You'll find pictures like we found it and what we're doing to it here On Site. Our second job at the moment!
I figure in about 5 years it'll be what we had in our mind's eye.
